Rispondiamo di solito entro pochi giorni lavorativi. Per aiutarci a capire il problema indica nel messaggio:

• il nome dell'app;
• il modello del dispositivo e la versione del sistema operativo (Android o iOS);
• la versione dell'app (la trovi nelle impostazioni dell'app o nella scheda dello store);
• per i giochi con account online (ScopaAI, Born of Legends), il tuo nickname; per Born of Legends scrivici dall'indirizzo email con cui ti sei registrato, così possiamo riconoscere l'account.

Born of Legends: assistenza dentro il gioco

In Born of Legends puoi anche aprire una richiesta direttamente dal gioco: menu Altro → Supporto. La risposta arriva nello stesso elenco e ti viene segnalata nel gioco.

Acquisti e rimborsi

Gli acquisti in-app sono gestiti da Apple App Store e Google Play, che si occupano anche dei rimborsi: chiedili dallo store in cui hai acquistato (Apple, Google Play). Se un acquisto non è arrivato nell'app, scrivici indicando la data e la ricevuta dello store.

We usually reply within a few working days. To help us understand the problem, please include:

• the app name;
• your device model and operating system version (Android or iOS);
• the app version (shown in the app settings or on the store page);
• for games with an online account (ScopaAI, Born of Legends), your nickname; for Born of Legends, please write from the email address you registered with, so we can recognise the account.

Born of Legends: in-game support

In Born of Legends you can also open a request directly from the game: More → Support menu. The reply appears in the same list and you are notified in the game.

Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play, which also handle refunds: request them from the store where you purchased (Apple, Google Play). If a purchase did not arrive in the app, write to us with the date and the store receipt.
