Questi Termini regolano l'uso delle nostre applicazioni per dispositivi mobili e PC. Usando un'app accetti quanto segue; se non accetti, non usarla. Il fornitore è Luca Panteghini (NURALE), contattabile a support.nurale [at] gmail.com. Il trattamento dei dati è descritto nell'Informativa sulla Privacy.
Non tutte le clausole si applicano a ogni app: dove una sezione riguarda solo alcune app, è indicato esplicitamente.
Ti concediamo una licenza personale, non esclusiva e revocabile per usare le app sui tuoi dispositivi. Grafica, testi, suoni, codice e contenuti sono nostri o usati su licenza: puoi usare le app, non copiarle, decompilarle, modificarle, rivenderle o distribuirle. Non è consentito automatizzare l'uso di un'app né aggirarne le protezioni.
Alcune app offrono acquisti (per esempio la rimozione della pubblicità, contenuti aggiuntivi o monete di gioco). Gli acquisti si effettuano tramite Apple App Store o Google Play e sono soggetti alle condizioni dello store, comprese quelle su pagamenti e rimborsi: i rimborsi li gestisce lo store, non noi.
Monete, oggetti e contenuti sbloccati nelle app non hanno valore fuori dall'app, non sono convertibili in denaro e non sono trasferibili ad altri account. Restano legati all'app e possono essere modificati o ritirati per motivi di bilanciamento o tecnici; ciò non riguarda gli acquisti già effettuati, che restano disponibili nell'app.
Per giocare online serve un profilo con un nome e un'immagine. Sei responsabile dell'uso del tuo profilo. Scegliendo il nome non usare parole offensive, nomi di altre persone o marchi non tuoi: possiamo modificare un nome inadatto.
Le partite online sono governate dal nostro server, che è l'unica autorità su carte, punteggi ed esiti. Non è consentito alterare l'app, automatizzare il gioco o sfruttare difetti per ottenere un vantaggio; abbandonare ripetutamente le partite può comportare limitazioni. Le classifiche mostrano nome e avatar dei giocatori: puoi chiedere di esserne rimosso scrivendoci.
Le altre app funzionano senza partite online: BriscolaAI e Case Analyst si giocano contro il computer o in locale, ChargeFlow è uno strumento di calcolo.
Per rendere possibile una partita anche quando in quel momento cercano poche persone, alcuni profili presenti nel gioco online sono gestiti da noi e giocano automaticamente. Si comportano come gli altri giocatori — hanno un nome, un avatar e uno storico di partite — e non sono contrassegnati dentro il gioco.
Questi profili non hanno accesso a informazioni che gli altri giocatori non hanno: in particolare non conoscono le carte in mano all'avversario, e giocano rispettando le stesse regole, controllate dallo stesso server. Non alterano in alcun modo l'esito delle partite fra due persone.
Puoi giocare senza incontrarne: le sfide dirette a un amico e le partite tramite codice privato mettono in contatto soltanto le persone che hai invitato.
AI Handstand analizza la tua posizione tramite la fotocamera e ti dà un riscontro sulla forma. È uno strumento di allenamento, non un dispositivo medico: non fornisce diagnosi né consigli medici e non sostituisce il parere di un professionista o la supervisione di un istruttore.
La verticale è un esercizio che comporta un rischio di caduta e di infortunio. Ti alleni sotto la tua responsabilità: valuta le tue condizioni fisiche, allenati in uno spazio libero e sicuro, e interrompi in caso di dolore o malessere. Se hai dubbi sulla tua idoneità all'attività fisica, consulta un medico prima di iniziare.
ChargeFlow fornisce stime di tempo e costo di ricarica calcolate dai dati che inserisci. I valori reali dipendono da fattori che l'app non conosce (stato e temperatura della batteria, potenza effettivamente erogata dalla colonnina, tariffe applicate dal gestore, perdite di ricarica). Le stime sono a titolo informativo e non costituiscono una garanzia di prezzo o di tempo, né un consiglio commerciale.
Alcune app mostrano pubblicità. Se hai dato il consenso gli annunci possono essere personalizzati, e puoi cambiare la tua scelta in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni dell'app o del dispositivo. Dove disponibile, un acquisto può rimuovere la pubblicità. Il trattamento dei dati è descritto nell'Informativa sulla Privacy. Case Analyst non contiene pubblicità.
Facciamo il possibile per tenere le app e i servizi online funzionanti, ma non garantiamo che siano sempre disponibili o privi di errori. Possiamo aggiornare, modificare o interrompere funzioni e servizi online; se una funzione online venisse chiusa in modo definitivo, lo comunicheremo con ragionevole preavviso su questa pagina o nell'app.
Possiamo limitare o sospendere l'accesso alle funzioni online a chi viola questi Termini, in particolare in caso di imbrogli, molestie verso altri giocatori, uso di strumenti automatici o abusi del sistema. Le funzioni offline dell'app restano utilizzabili.
Le app sono fornite «così come sono». Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo dei danni indiretti derivanti dall'uso delle app, né della perdita di dati di gioco salvati sul tuo dispositivo (per esempio se disinstalli l'app o cambi dispositivo). Nulla in questi Termini limita i diritti inderogabili che la legge riconosce ai consumatori, compresa la garanzia legale di conformità.
Le app non sono destinate a minori di 13 anni (16 dove richiesto dalla legge locale). Se sei minorenne, usa le app con il consenso di chi esercita la responsabilità genitoriale, in particolare per gli acquisti.
Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini, per esempio quando cambia una funzione. Le modifiche rilevanti saranno pubblicate su questa pagina con una nuova data di aggiornamento; continuando a usare le app dopo la pubblicazione le accetti.
Si applica la legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore, restano ferme le tutele inderogabili e il foro competente previsti dal paese in cui risiedi.

These Terms govern your use of our mobile and PC applications. By using an app you accept the following; if you do not accept, do not use it. The provider is Luca Panteghini (NURALE), reachable at support.nurale [at] gmail.com. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Not every clause applies to every app: where a section concerns only some apps, this is stated explicitly.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the apps on your devices. Graphics, text, sounds, code and content are ours or used under licence: you may use the apps, but not copy, decompile, modify, resell or distribute them. Automating an app's use or circumventing its protections is not permitted.
Some apps offer purchases (for example ad removal, additional content or in-game coins). Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the store's terms, including those on payments and refunds: refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
Coins, items and unlocked content have no value outside the app, cannot be converted into money and are not transferable to other accounts. They remain tied to the app and may be changed or withdrawn for balancing or technical reasons; this does not affect purchases already made, which remain available in the app.
Playing online requires a profile with a name and a picture. You are responsible for the use of your profile. When choosing a name, do not use offensive words, other people's names, or trademarks that are not yours: we may change an unsuitable name.
Online matches are run by our server, which is the sole authority over cards, scores and results. You may not modify the app, automate play, or exploit defects to gain an advantage; repeatedly abandoning matches may lead to restrictions. Leaderboards show players' names and avatars: you can ask to be removed by writing to us.
The other apps work without online play: BriscolaAI and Case Analyst are played against the computer or locally, and ChargeFlow is a calculation tool.
So that a match is possible even when few people are searching at that moment, some profiles in online play are operated by us and play automatically. They behave like other players — they have a name, an avatar and a match history — and they are not marked inside the game.
These profiles have no access to information other players do not have: in particular they do not know the cards in their opponent's hand, and they play by the same rules, enforced by the same server. They do not alter the outcome of matches between two people in any way.
You can play without meeting any of them: direct challenges to a friend and private-code matches connect only the people you invited.
AI Handstand analyses your position through the camera and gives you feedback on your form. It is a training tool, not a medical device: it does not provide diagnosis or medical advice and does not replace a professional's opinion or an instructor's supervision.
The handstand is an exercise that carries a risk of falling and injury. You train at your own risk: consider your physical condition, train in a clear and safe space, and stop if you feel pain or unwell. If you have any doubt about your fitness for physical activity, consult a doctor before starting.
ChargeFlow provides estimates of charging time and cost, computed from the data you enter. Actual values depend on factors the app cannot know (battery state and temperature, the power actually delivered by the charger, the operator's tariffs, charging losses). Estimates are for information only and are not a guarantee of price or time, nor commercial advice.
Some apps show advertising. If you have given consent, ads may be personalised, and you can change your choice at any time in the app or device settings. Where available, a purchase can remove advertising. How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. Case Analyst contains no advertising.
We do our best to keep the apps and online services working, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or discontinue features and online services; if an online feature were permanently shut down, we would give reasonable notice on this page or in the app.
We may restrict or suspend access to online features for anyone who breaches these Terms, in particular in cases of cheating, harassment of other players, use of automated tools, or abuse of the system. The app's offline features remain usable.
The apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the apps, nor for the loss of game data stored on your device (for example if you uninstall the app or change device). Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights the law grants to consumers, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
The apps are not intended for children under 13 (16 where required by local law). If you are a minor, use the apps with the consent of your parent or guardian, in particular for purchases.
We may update these Terms, for example when a feature changes. Material changes will be published on this page with a new update date; by continuing to use the apps after publication you accept them.
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections and the competent court of your country of residence remain unaffected.
