Entrambi sono contattabili a support.nurale [at] gmail.com.

Pubblicità — Google AdMob (Nova Drop, AI Handstand, ScopaAI, BriscolaAI, ChargeFlow, Born of Legends)

Analisi d'uso — Google Firebase Analytics (alcune app)

Base giuridica: consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Puoi opporti in qualsiasi momento scrivendoci (sezione 12).

Fotocamera, microfono e foto — solo AI Handstand

Partite online, sfide e inviti

4. Born of Legends: account, gioco online e servizi connessi (solo Born of Legends)

Titolare del trattamento per Born of Legends: NURALE S.r.l. (via della Meccanica 13, 25047 Darfo Boario Terme (BS), P.IVA e C.F. 04502630165), contattabile a support.nurale [at] gmail.com o via PEC a [email protected].

Account

Chat, posta, amici e villaggi

Statistiche d'uso — Firebase Analytics

Base giuridica: consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocabile in qualsiasi momento.

6.1.c e 6.1.f).

5. Come usiamo i dati

10. I tuoi diritti (GDPR)

Puoi inoltre proporre reclamo all'autorità di controllo competente.

11. Modifiche

Privacy Policy

A single policy covering all apps by Luca Panteghini / NURALE.

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This policy explains how we handle data across our mobile and PC applications. The data controller is Luca Panteghini (NURALE); for Born of Legends the controller is NURALE S.r.l. (via della Meccanica 13, 25047 Darfo Boario Terme (BS), Italy, VAT and tax code 04502630165). Both are reachable at support.nurale [at] gmail.com.

1. Apps covered by this policy

Not every practice below applies to every app; where a section concerns only some apps, this is stated explicitly.

2. Data we process

Data stored locally (all apps)

Settings, statistics and progress (e.g. games played, scores, preferences, current game state, calculation history) are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. No account is required and we do not collect your name or email unless you contact us voluntarily. The exceptions are ScopaAI, which stores some data on our servers for its online features (section 3), and Born of Legends, an online-only game that requires an account with email and password (section 4).

Advertising — Google AdMob (Nova Drop, AI Handstand, ScopaAI, BriscolaAI, ChargeFlow, Born of Legends)

These apps show ads via Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers, usage data and approximate location to serve ads. Case Analyst contains no advertising. In Born of Legends ads are only optional rewarded videos (section 4).

Usage analytics — Google Firebase Analytics (some apps)

Some apps use Firebase Analytics (Google) for aggregate usage statistics (screens opened, games played, features used), to understand how the app is used and improve it. These statistics are collected only if you give consent in the form shown at first launch (the same one used for advertising); if you decline, collection stays off. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Error and crash reports — Google Firebase Crashlytics (some apps)

When the app freezes, closes unexpectedly or hits an internal error, a technical report is sent containing: device model, operating system and app version, available memory and storage, the app's state at the time of the error (the last screens and actions, with no content you typed), the point in the code where it happened, whether you accepted or declined the consent above, and a random installation identifier generated by Firebase. It does not contain your name, email, nickname or contacts, and we do not link it to your identity. Born of Legends is the exception: there the report includes the game account identifier — see section 4.

These reports are collected even if you decline consent for advertising and statistics. Without them we could not know that the app crashes on a given phone, nor fix the defect: it is the only way we have to keep it working for everyone. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in ensuring the security and proper functioning of the service; the data is limited to what is strictly necessary, retained by Firebase for at most 90 days and used solely to diagnose and fix errors. You may object at any time by writing to us (section 12).

Camera, microphone & photos — AI Handstand only

AI Handstand uses the camera (and possibly the microphone and photo access) to analyze your handstand form in real time and give you feedback. Processing happens on your device: videos and images are not uploaded to or stored on our servers and stay on your device unless you choose to save/share them.

In-app purchases (all apps)

Apps may offer purchases (e.g. removing ads or unlocking premium features) handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments are processed by the store; we neither receive nor store your card details.

3. ScopaAI: profile, online play and connected services (ScopaAI only)

Besides the game against the AI, which runs entirely on your device, ScopaAI offers online features: progress backup, leaderboard, friends, challenges, real-time and turn-based matches, notifications. To make them work, some data is stored on our servers. This section applies to ScopaAI only.

Account

At first launch an anonymous account is created automatically via Firebase Authentication (Google): a random identifier with no name, email or password. It is what ties your data together. If you wish, you can link the account to Google or Apple ("Sign in with…") to recover your progress on another device: in that case we also store the chosen provider and the email address of that account, used only to show you which account is linked and to recognise you on the other device. Linking is optional and reversible.

Profile and progress backup

We store the nickname and avatar you choose, the country you indicate (optional), the platform (Android/iOS), the app version, the sign-up and last-seen dates, and — as a backup — your progress: game statistics, coins and rewards, training, settings. The backup exists so nothing is lost when you change phone. Nicknames are checked against a list of disallowed words.

Leaderboard and Hall of Fame

If you play matches that award points, your nickname, avatar, country and score appear in the weekly, monthly and annual leaderboards, visible to all players. Each period's winners stay in the Hall of Fame (frozen name and points). To verify that scores are legitimate, the server records anomalous attempts (account identifier, attempted and allowed points, number of games): this is an internal security log.

Friends, presence and search

You can search other players by nickname and be found in turn: we store friend requests, friendships and blocks. Your presence status (online, in a match, offline) is computed by the server while the app is open and kept for a few minutes; by default it is visible to all players, and from your profile you can restrict it to friends only. From the profile you can also opt out of being found in search.

Online matches, challenges and invitations

For real-time and turn-based matches the server records the matches, the moves and the outcome (with participants' nicknames), plus challenges, invitations and matchmaking sessions. They are needed to run the game (a turn-based match lasts days and lives on the server), to resume an interrupted match, to verify its integrity and to assist anyone reporting a problem. Some online opponents may be operated by us: we explain this in the Terms of Service. Matches contain no chat or free-text messages.

Push notifications

If you allow notifications, we store the device's notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), the platform, time zone, language and your preferences per category (friends and invitations, online matches, leaderboard and rewards). Notifications can be turned off per category in the app settings or entirely in the operating system; the server keeps aggregate send counts, not per-user content.

In-game economy and abuse prevention

Events that move coins and rewards (matches, rewarded videos, purchases, redemptions) are recorded on the server to keep devices consistent and prevent abuse. In case of a Terms violation an account may be suspended: we store the identifier, the reason and the date. The server also records technical errors (Sentry) which may include the account identifier, for the same diagnostic purpose described in section 2.

Where the data is and who processes it

Database on Neon (AWS, Frankfurt, EU) and game servers on Fly.io (Frankfurt, EU). Authentication, notifications, analytics and error reports go through Firebase (Google), which may process data outside the EU under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses). None of these providers uses your data for their own purposes beyond the service.

Legal bases and retention

Processing is necessary to provide the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: account, backup, leaderboard, friends, matches, notifications) and, for integrity, security and diagnostics, rests on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account from the app (Settings → Delete account): the Firebase account, profile, progress, scores, Hall of Fame entries, friends, invitations and notification token are deleted, and the device starts over with a new anonymous account. What remains, in a form not traceable to any visible profile, is the anti-abuse log (identifier only) and the technical match records, kept for the security and integrity of the game.

4. Born of Legends: account, online play and connected services (Born of Legends only)

Data controller for Born of Legends: NURALE S.r.l. (via della Meccanica 13, 25047 Darfo Boario Terme (BS), Italy, VAT and tax code 04502630165), reachable at support.nurale [at] gmail.com or by certified email (PEC) at [email protected].

Born of Legends is a card and battle game that works online only: collection, teams, battles, leaderboards, arena, friends, chat, mail and villages (guilds) live on our servers. For this reason, unlike the other apps, it requires an account and stores the data described here on our servers. This section applies to Born of Legends only.

Account

To play you register with an email address and password through Firebase Authentication (Google). The password is handled by Firebase: we never see or store it. Firebase sends you an email to verify the address and, if you ask, an email to reset your password. In our database we store the account identifier, the email address, whether it is verified, the sign-up date and your acceptance of the Terms. There is no sign-in with Google, Apple or other services, and no anonymous account. If you forgot your email you can request a password reset by giving your nickname: the reply does not reveal whether the account exists and, to prevent abuse, the server briefly records the requested nickname and the IP address of the request (at most a few requests per hour).

Profile and progress

We store the nickname you choose (checked against a list of disallowed words), the avatar (a game character, not a photo of you), the profile frame and title, level and experience, and all your game progress: cards, teams, equipment, beasts, items, virtual currencies (gold, silver and the like), VIP, missions, activities, events, daily rewards and redeemed promo codes. We also record the date of your last access, updated at most once a minute while the app is open. We do not ask for your real name, date of birth, country, phone number or location.

What other players see

Born of Legends is a game between people: some information is visible to other players by the nature of the game. Your public profile shows nickname, avatar, frame, title, level, power, friend code, leader character, showcase team and beast, and the village you belong to. Nickname, level, power and results appear in the leaderboards (arena, Dojo, power, missions, boss) and in the arena opponent list. A short server news feed shows players' achievements (for example a card obtained) with their nickname for 24 hours.

Battles and replays

Battles are computed and verified by our game server. For each fight we keep a record (the snapshot of the teams, the calculation seed and the outcome), which lets you watch it again as a replay, lets us verify it was fair and helps us assist you if you report a problem. The replay of a fight between two players (arena, Dojo) is visible to both participants. The server also records movements of currencies and items (a ledger per account) to keep things consistent and prevent abuse.

Battle videos

While watching a replay you can create a video of the fight. The video is generated on your device from the game's own images and sounds (no camera, no microphone, no screen recording) and is not uploaded to our servers. You choose whether to share it through the system share sheet or save it to your gallery: to save it the app asks for permission to add items to your photo library (not to read it).

Chat, mail, friends and villages

Chat: the messages you write in the server and global channels are visible to all players in that channel, with your nickname; we keep them on our servers for as long as your account exists, unless removed by moderation. Mail: you can write messages (subject and text) to your friends; they stay in the recipient's inbox until they delete them. Chat, mail, nicknames, titles and village texts go through an automatic filter of disallowed words, and the server applies rate limits against spam (a technical log kept for one day). Friends: we store friend requests, friendships, blocks and your friend code; your friends and the members of your village can see whether you are online and how long ago you were last on. Villages: we store the village you belong to, your role, join requests, your contribution and a log of village events (joins, departures, promotions); the village's name and notice board are visible to other players.

Reports and support

You can report a player: we store who reports, who is reported, the reason, your description and, if the report comes from the chat, the reported message. Reports are read only by staff, to moderate the game. You can open a support ticket from the game (More → Support): we store the category, the subject, your and the staff's messages, any images you attach (for example a screenshot of the problem) and, to understand the problem, the app version, platform and device language, together with your level and VIP. Ticket text is read only by staff. If you write to us by email, we use your address and the content of your message only to reply.

Game content

Part of the graphics and content is downloaded from our game server after installation and stored encrypted on the device; to provide it the server keeps, for one day, a request linked to your account.

Usage statistics — Firebase Analytics

Born of Legends uses Firebase Analytics only if you give consent in the form shown at launch; if you decline or do not answer, collection stays off. With consent we collect the screens opened, taps on controls, the outcome of battles and game actions, virtual-currency movements, the registration and sign-in steps (without email or password) and a few banded properties (level, VIP, days since sign-up, language, village membership). These statistics are linked to your account identifier, to understand how the game is played over time; we do not use them for advertising. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Error reports — Firebase Crashlytics

In Born of Legends the error and crash reports described in section 2 work the same way and are collected even without consent, with one difference: the report includes your game account identifier (not your email or nickname), as well as the open screen, the last technical actions (for example failed server requests) and the game version. This way, if you contact us about a problem, we can find the errors you had and fix them. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); maximum retention 90 days; you may object by writing to us (section 12).

Advertising and purchases

Rewarded videos (Google AdMob). Born of Legends shows ads only as optional videos: you watch them only if you choose to, in exchange for an in-game reward. On first launch a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) asks whether you accept personalised ads; on iPhone and iPad, only if you accept, the system also asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). When you watch a video, Google AdMob processes, as an independent controller, device identifiers (for example the advertising ID, if you allow it), the IP address and the approximate location derived from it, ad interaction data and diagnostic data, to serve and measure the ad and prevent fraud; without consent ads are not personalised. When the video is completed, Google confirms it directly to our server, which grants the reward: we store the account identifier, the view identifier and the date, so that the same video is not rewarded twice. Legal basis: your consent for personalised ads (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and performance of the game for the reward (Art. 6(1)(b)).

In-app purchases. You can buy in-game currencies and benefits (for example gold packs, monthly card, VIP, growth fund) through Google Play or the App Store: payment is handled by the store and we do not receive your card details. To deliver a purchase our server verifies the receipt with the store and stores the account identifier, the product, price and currency, the transaction identifier, the store receipt or token, the environment (real or test) and the status (verified, refunded). If the store notifies us of a refund, we remove from the game what the purchase had granted and record it. To prevent the same receipt from being used twice, we also keep, without any personal data, a fingerprint of the receipt already used. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations and fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f)). We do not use push notifications.

Where the data is and who processes it

Database on Neon (AWS, Frankfurt, EU) and game servers on Fly.io (Frankfurt, EU). Authentication, verification and reset emails, statistics and error reports go through Firebase (Google), which may process data outside the EU under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses). Providers process the data only to provide their service to us. The game server uses the IP address of requests only in memory, to limit their rate, except as described above for account recovery.

Legal bases and retention

Processing is necessary to provide the game you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: account, progress, battles, leaderboards, friends, chat, mail, villages, support) and, for security, moderation, abuse prevention and diagnostics, rests on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)); usage statistics rest on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Data is kept for as long as your account exists. In case of a Terms violation an account may be suspended: we record the date. You can delete your account from the app (Settings → Delete account) or, even without the app, by email as explained on the Account deletion page: the Firebase account, email, profile, progress, social connections, chat messages, received mail, reports and tickets are deleted. What remains, no longer linked to your account, is the battle records that also belong to opponents and the messages already delivered to other players' mailboxes and, without personal data, the fingerprint of purchase receipts already used; error reports expire at Firebase within 90 days and technical database backups within 30 days.

5. How we use data

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or trade your personal data. Some data may be processed by the providers that power the features above:

7. Your choices

At first launch of ad-supported apps you are shown a consent form: your choice applies both to personalized advertising and to usage statistics (Firebase Analytics). You can also limit personalized ads from your device settings (Google Ads Settings) or, where available, buy the ad-free version. In Born of Legends, which has no advertising, the form covers usage statistics only (section 4). Error reports (section 2) do not depend on the consent form: to object, write to us.

8. Security & retention

Game/usage data lives on your device; deleting it or uninstalling the app removes it. For ScopaAI, data stored on our servers can be deleted from within the app (section 3); for Born of Legends from the app or by email, even without the app (section 4 and the Account deletion page). Data handled by third-party providers follows their own retention policies.

9. Children

The apps are not directed to children under 13 (16 where required by local law) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. In practice you can: delete local data by uninstalling the app, in ScopaAI delete your account and server-side data from Settings, in Born of Legends delete your account from the app or request it by email (instructions), manage personalized ads in your device settings, and contact us for any request. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
